Clip #40Now for the more adventurous… Canyoning! This is basically scampering up a river bed at the bottom of a huge canyon. The water was cold and muddy but the experience was awesome! Of course we didn’t turn back where most do. Not even when the rest did. Nope we made it right to the end. The canyon was a narrow slit. Fynn was a trooper – as long as she didn’t get soaked!

This is one of the Greek Islands off the Turkish coast. Imagine the ideal Mediterranean village and this is it. Cafés on the water, a castle to climb, sunshine and turquoise seas.

Turkey has ruins literally everywhere. Which is to be expected from one of the oldest countries in the world. And the best part? Explore at you own risk! The Lycian tombs are just amazing.

Kas Marina is such as lovely place to get onto Turkey time and accustomed to the country. Fynn even got her own boat -does that make her captain?

We have made it safe and sound and jetlagged to Turkey. What a tricky age to travel! A flight attendent told me she refused to travel with her kids between ages of 1 and 2- and thats from a pro! We were lucky that Fynn slept most of the flight, but I am exhausted. Paikea Mist is ready to go! Here she is med moored at Kas Marina.

Heading home! What an amazing summer. As hard it is to see the end of this trip, we are heading home today. Despite the rain yesterday we still had a lovely sunset for our last night out.
